DISCLAIMER AND INFORMATION STATEMENT

1. Prohibition of Public Road Use
The Manufacturer hereby expressly informs the Buyer that the purchased exhaust system / component is designed exclusively for closed-circuit racing, exhibition purposes, or operation on private property. The product does not have public road type approval (E-mark) and does not comply with the environmental (emission and noise) regulations for road vehicles. Using the product in public road traffic violates the law and may result in official proceedings, fines, or the vehicle being withdrawn from circulation.
2. Limitation of Liability for Use and Damages
By making the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that increasing the performance of two-stroke engines and equipping them with a custom exhaust system alters the engine’s operating parameters (e.g., gas exchange processes, mixture formation, thermal load).
Carburetion/Tuning: The Manufacturer bears no liability for engine failures (e.g., piston seizure, overheating) resulting from improper carburetion (lean mixture) or ignition timing. Proper tuning of the engine is the sole task and responsibility of the Buyer.
Indirect Damages: The Manufacturer expressly disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damages, accidents, personal injuries, or financial losses arising from the use of the product, its improper installation, or official fines due to public road use.
3. Professional Installation
To ensure the safe and proper operation of the product, it is recommended that the installation and the associated fine-tuning of the engine be carried out in a qualified specialist workshop or by an experienced professional.
4. Declaration of Acceptance
By purchasing, receiving, or placing an order for the product, the Buyer declares that they have understood the warnings and conditions contained in this statement, expressly accept them, and operate the product at their own risk.
